AMSORB PLUS is a new generation carbon dioxide absorbent, free from strong alkali metal hydroxides. It absorbs carbon dioxide (CO2) from cellular respiration during anesthesia and unlike other absorbents, it is not capable of degrading vaporous anesthetic agent.
